Hi guys, hoping someone can help.
My girlfriend just bought a new 2013 plated Ford Focus Sport. Great car and we are both enjoying it immensely!! Only thing that is slightly annoying, is when either of our phones receive an SMS while in the car, it always comes up as "unknown", so you do not know who sent the SMS. If a call comes through the caller ID works fine, phone book is downloaded into the SYNC system all fine. Any idea's?? Will ask the dealer soon but was hoping someone here had a similar issue and resolved it, thanks a lot! Cheers. |
