I've always contacted Russell via PM for any questions related to anything to do with the AFF. This is because he is the chairman, and with physical meetings protocol I've always had to address things through the chairperson.
How does the AFF work on this? I always ask Russell for the above reason, but I note there are other "greens" that I could possibly put my question through to. Is this acceptable? Russell has a life and a job outside of the forums and with 90,000 odd members, this I imagine would be totally maddening for him. Can the rest of the "green team" admins address matters without going through the chair? Thanks and cheers!
