Default Power down on AUI

Im hoping someone can help me...I have had the AUI Wagon for 2 years. Once or twice a week and sometimes for a couple of days in a row the car seems sluggish, lacks power and just seems like it shouldn't have gone out that day. Usually the next day its back to normal. The car has has all its services. Ive changed spark plug leeds and plugs, K&N Filter put it but the problem still occurs. I have also noticed that when the car isn't running as it should the brakes aslo feel spongy as if there is air in the lines. Pads & rotors have been changed and the brakes have been bled twice. Onced by me and once by a mechanic.

Any ieas would be appreciated?

Steve
