They don't spend billions, but they spend millions doing up HSV specific ESC calibrations etc. Plus all the HSV specific parts like seats, wheels and lights that need go through the same strenuous testing as any Holden product, parts that need to be tested to meet the same standards as any other Australian sold car...more then just bolting on parts.
This is the exactly the same stuff FPV had to deal with... ...And what separates them from other 3rd-party performance product suppliers.
