Soooo Not the best quality audio or video but basically having this noise from the engine....... engine had just been rebuilt (original pistons and rings) compression test through all cylinders is around the 170 psi and its running 10w50 Penrite oil... I know that from a video like this is it is incredibly hard to make any real judgement but any help would be greatly appreciated..
