Don't worry mate, I'll be there.
Getting back to Falcon XR8, we are seeing some great stuff. 9" rears means R-Spec suspension is highly likely, and she should get off the line pretty quickly with all that traction. That, paired with the Brembos as standard and the 1600kg towing limit strongly point to a supercharger omitted on Ford's website. It is everything I was hoping it would be and more, even with the minimal changes with the interior. The only option on the XR8 is metallic paint. Everything else appears to be standard, which is great from an equipment point of view, but has me worried about the final cost. If Ford can keep it under $60K onroad, it should sell well. If they can get close to the $55K mark, I'll be stoked. This will be a big step up from the Ghia, but my wife has been on me for ages to get a real car and ditch the old man wheels, so bring it on.
