92 model eb series 1 spack 4litre 5speed

radiator and water pump went lastnite when i was out of town, got to a mates place and soldered the split in my end tank, and managed to get my car home. pulled it mostly apart today and cant find the last bolt for the water pump. have three but missing bottom left (if looking front on.)

pulled the radiator back out and have done a pretty good job plastic soldering it. it shuold be able to hold the presuure till i can afford a new one.
what is the going price for a new one? a place has quated me 269 for a new one fitted, will be cheaper as i can do it myself.

and the price for a water pump anyone? i have access to both second hand for 100 all up and both seem to be fine but not sure if i should steer clear of second hand parts i dont know the history of?

i cant get the fan off the front of the water pump either as this would make my job alot easier. any ideas?

does anyone have a shop manuel that they could scan and upload for me on the radiator and water pump assemble/dis-asembally?
should i replace all hoses and clamps now?

also do water pumps just fail? im assuming this is why the radiator split as i was not driving hard. it has 249xxxkms....
