Im about to buy a car... well I think I am..
Not looking to spend a great amount as I already have too many cars.. essentially I found a car im very interested in... ticks all the boxes for me.. one owner service books upto date Fully optioned price is what im willing to spend its a ford awd immaculate condition etc etc etc but the one thing im a bit iffy on is the km.... it has 98,000km on the clock and its 9 years old.. its sort of the tipping point, a phychological point where the car is seen as past its best.. Or is it? The car is on the central coast so id imagine plenty of highway driving, its a one owner car fully serviced and maintained, its an elderly couple that own the car, always garaged and the price is very fair. but its still on the cusp of 100,000km... its still with a bit of driving will hit north of 100,000km and start to need maintenance etc.. then when people ask how many km it has ill have to sheepishly concede. Please someone help me look past my km phobia. Its a great car and I want to buy it. Just the km holding me back. |
