When was I going to be told?????????????

I must say this is the worst client service from the dealer in Brisbane. I spoke to the rep handling he was more concerned about putting out "bushfires". Well I lighted a whole new one for him!!!!!!!!!!!

I spoke to the Dealer Principal who confirmed they have "dropped the ball", well this was bite 2 of the cherry, as I had ordered a new Mondeo which got six different delivery dates, that ended up cancelled. I saw red...

Dealer principal is looking for one now, all but black!!!! at their costs..

If its not Ford its a Ford Dealer, I guess they excel in ****ing people off.

Why can I look at Carsales .com and see them, at least 8 of them with my specs??? Or are we just getting crapped on..

Part of the problem is that the dealer has the car, is not obligated to give up that car, and they see a good car like an xr6 turbo as good property, would you give away something that you have good potential to earn some money on, and gain a percentage of the target required. Most dealers won't, unless they get something equally decent in return, they also then hope that you cancel, and take your order to them as they have the vehicle.
