Default Fault codes causing limp mode

Hi all,

My mums car is going into limp mode.

We took it to super cheap and got the following codes:

P1270 ( engine speed rev / limiter reached )
P2110 ( throttle actuator control fault ( TAC ))
P1507 ( idle air control fault ( IAC ))

Can someone please shed some light on what could be wrong?

Im trying to find a link between the throttle actuator and the idle air control.

Thanks in advance.
