Default Abandoned warehouse / building in Victoria for car photography?

I would like to take some photos of my car inside an old factory, warehouse or abandoned building ruins in Victoria.

Preferably within 150 Kms radius from the CBD, so I am prepared to travel to rural areas if necessary.

Does anyone know where I could find something similar to the example photos below, which of course I can gain entry to with a car.

I am happy to seek permission from private property owners if needed and even pay a small fee.

I know I could simply photoshop my car into an image of an old warehouse I could find in stock photos, as I am handy with photo editing software, but I want to capture the car under real lighting / shadow and reflection conditions.

Thanks
