Default 12 pin trailer plug

Hi

Are the standard pins in the narva 12 pin trailer plug rated high enough for electric brakes and are the plugs any good.

Have a ba ghia with reverse sensors and need a socket with reed switch so wondered if the standard pins in the flat socket are heavy enough for electric brakes

Standard pins are 15a and heavier are 30a

If it’s not can you use a standard round socket and connect lights to that then get a flat socket and use the reed switch and buy a plug and use it just to keep the flap open or a switch in boot to turn them off or from cars to vans camera,

Thanks
