I'm struggling to find information about alcohol consumption while driving, at least for VIC.
What's the rules about having alcohol while driving? When we go out as a crew we've generally got beers for the passengers which get consumed in transit to destination, I can't find any information on the legalities of this in regards to passengers drinking while on the move. Also with the driver, can they drink while on the move as long as they stay under .05? |
