Default Please help!..Sub problems! (i am dumb)

Hi all,
I have tried to set up my first sub and amp for my cousin...Ive never done it before but its not that hard (i thought).

Anyhow, the question is:

It seems to be all ok..power and fuse connected right, accessories connected right, audio output on the sterio is right...everything looks good.

However,
When you turn your key on acc. It all fires up...then as soon as the CD player starts playing music, the AMP flashes 'Problem'.
I looked at the manual, and it says it MUST be the connection.
The acc connection is obviously fine as it turns on when you turn the key.
If it turns on, that means the power connection is fine...so what could it be?

Any quick suggestions?

It is a Pioneer CD player...around 5-7years old if that tells you anything.

It has output options on the rear of it...

It all seems preety good...just doesnt quite fire up.

Any suggestions will highly be appriciated!!

Thanks guys/gals!!
