There are a few benefits to a mask though. The customer can't see yawing while they fidget with their phone to show me a pic, or see me grit my teeth when a customer is difficult.....................or the boss for that matter.
I now just need to remember I'm not wearing a mask in the office and my fellow colleagues can see me mouth "You'e a f@!%kwit" clearly when I'm listening to them carry on whilst looking interested

I'm sure I will get caught out at some stage!
