Yes, yes I understand (well, probably not fully, I'm no expert in this area) that the Constitution doesn't allow for it, etc, but that is not my point.

It is time that our government structure was reviewed. But it will never happen.




I doubt it will ever change unless all the states agree to get together and rewrite our constitution and that in my opinion will never happen.
