Remember to blow or brush out the pad between passes/sections. I would also recommend watching a few Youtube videos to see how it's done. This is what I used for 10 odd years as my first polisher. These were sold by Waxit as an entry into DA polishing. Mine was supplied with dusty Menzerna polishes.
