Why o why...... Does every single thing have to be licensed/regulated in this place. We used to have cyclist's pounding the paths - skateboarders, billy carts now we have to regulate kids fun even more let alone adults ducking to shops and back instead of the car. OK compulsory helmuts must be used agree with that. People go on about pollution, fuel costs but hang on lets add more costs having a ebike or scooter.
