Default Roller doors and keeping dust out

Anyone got any good ideas you have used in your garages to minimise dust entry around roller doors?

Have looked at the brush seals however I live in sand dune country and don’t want the dirt between the brush seals and the roller doors sanding all the paint off the doors.

Seen a good one on the top of a roller door where the brush seal was riveted to the actual door. That way the seal closed the gap when the door was all the way down and not actually rubbing on the door the whole time it is going up.

Have googled this topic a fair bit but can’t find much besides the brush or foam seals. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
