This sort of thing; particular example randomly selected from Fleabay store “October2024”. Are they at all durable?
Or, if limited to “screw in repairs” by time and budget, is a wire coil insert type fix, far better? Usual fix at the workshop is tap to 2mm up, so M14 goes to M16 with a regular plug. It doesn’t always go perfectly, so I’m canvassing other methods. |
