Default laser front disks

Hi guys..

my mate has a 91 laser.. we have to change over the disk rotors and pads on the front cause they are stuffed..

could someone please give me a guide on how to do this? ive done rwd cars before and this is easy becuase you just take the front hubs off etc.. whats involved in getting the rotors off (i.e. take off hubs?, driveshaft? etc)

cheers in advance

Take the rim off, on the back of the caliper you will find 2 bolts (14mm) that hold the caliper on the assembly. Undo them and the caliper pops right out. Im not 100% sure if the rotors are bolted to the knuckle by a single 18mm bolt or not but either way they pop right out...

Replacing the pads is just like any other car, unbolt a single nut on the caliper that holds the flap bit in place. Open the flap, pop out the 2 rods and the metal wire out, pull old pads out, put new ones in and reverse the above process... youre done.
