Yeah, easy to buy and install.

Its just yeah the fact that you cant turn the features on and of. Some just dont work which is bizarre. I've been meaning to call Vision automotive (the manufacturer), but haven't had time.

Yea... that's bizarre.

All Fiesta's have keyless entry... except the spare isn't (I blew up at my dealer and managed to get another keyless entry key for free. I mean, how else would I get into an armed car with a dealer-fitted alarm if only one key disarms it? : )

i only received 1 key when i purchased the car. No keyless entry. key disables the immobiliser when put in ignition.

Thinking about it now, i should of asked for another key or about keyless entry, but i was too excited to just snatch the keys and drive off.
So does everyone have factory keyless entry then??

Yep!

You should have a key with integrated keyless entry - button to unlock/lock/boot release. There should also be a stubby key (which you have) that just unlocks the doors manually

All fiesta have keyless entry. You must just not have the key. Try get on off Ford if you want keyless entry.

Hmmm ok I finally got around to installing this. Along with installing a second horn so now I have both the high and low pitch tones.

But now the dam rear wiper is stuck on and wont go off when the car is on. I'm thinking something has happened when I was connecting the wires to the GEM unit. I'll have another look at it all tomorrow. or go over to the local ford dealer if I cant work it out.
