Default Woule these brakes be usable

Would these brakes be usable or are they too rusty I took them off my car when I put on DBA drilled and slotted, they have done 40 thousand kays, have been sitting in my shed gathering rust for past year and a bit

No mate, just sand them abit or use a wire brush. After afew applications, the pads will bring em back to shiny..
