Hey all, after a few answers.
1. After driving about 5 minutes, when I brake my pedal throbs like it's hitting abs, then the abs light comes on and abs doesn't work any more... anyone know whats wrong? 2. What is the best way to go for slotted rotors, and how much should I expect to pay? 3. I want to lower my car - properly - so it handles better and cuts out body roll a bit - I don't want it to be too uncomfortable, anyone have any ideas where what I should do? 4. How much should I expect to pay for a set of headers, and what brand should I go with? Any particular brand name exhaust to go with? Thanks guys, this is the first falcon I've had in a while, and while i LOVE it, there's a few things I wanna play with. |

i went a custom 2.5inch to the diff then 3 inch the rest of the way and its twin pipes. I dont have extractors yet but will be going pacemakers.
I lowered mine nearly 4 inchs but you said you want comfort and mine isnt exactly that... haha. Ive got slotted rotors on the front and my ABS light is always on. Its pretty common in falcons. It could just be a build of crap on the ABS sensors behind the discs ive heard this can cause the light to come on. Im not sure if its true but thats what ive heard.

IMO you would be better suited to an EF XR6.
You seem like the sort of person that would recognize that the front end is hot, unique and looks the ducks guts. |

if you want it to handle better ,lower it 2 in 0r so, buy good springs and shocks and get thicker swaybars .

your ABS rotor may have blocked slots , which a simple clean can fix . or a sensor may be damaged . give it a visual inspection on the front underbody . yoiu will pick this if it is there .

Lol, I know FalconXR6 from when I used to be on fordmods, when I had my ELXR6, it's a private joke :p.
Anyone recommend any spring/shock combos to go with? |
