Had to go today, and he had a confidential note from Ford (showed me on the Ford intranet), and said that they will be taking orders for the tow bars in March. Probably to get fitted in April. I did see a black Mondeo sedan on the Western Ring Road in December 07 that had a tow bar, so I don't know if it was a Ford car or not, but it certainly had the tow pack fitted.
