An aptly named game, as it seems forever in the making (8 or so years). But 3Drealms have been sneaking teasers out since December '07. It's been a long wait, but from what I have read it will be worth it. For those who have played Duke in it's earlier incarnations, you will also be waiting anxiously for this release. The folks over at 3Drealms have released this poster, in the hope someone can shed some light on Dukes whereabouts.

3D realms released a poorly photo shopped duke nukem poster taken from rockstars gta advertisements that were displayed in New york city and new Jersey? Apart from the legal ramifications, it would be lazy and stupid of them to do so.
Now if you search for 'bored 15 year old boy' in google you'll find the real author. |

Yep. Good old Duke Nukem Forever. It certainly has the title that best describes the game! It would be great if Duke did make a comeback, in fact I'd love to see remakes of heaps of the old games. Same characters, same gameplay, but better graphics and sound quality. That would be awesome

Hahah this is a joke right. Lol good old Duke Nukem Forever. This is a fantasy title and will probably take 8 more years to surface. The apparently the teaser trailer that is out wasent even from 3Drealm. I would love to be proved wrong as I loved the original 3d duke nukem.
Maybe E3 this year might shed some light on this! I will believe there is a game when I see gameplay footage

i hope we get to throw cash at strippers again!!
the only other game i know of so far thats being remade is Final Fantasy VII. Its being remade for PS3 although im not sure how true to the first one it will be. It's either gonna be exactly the same game but with more depth and of course kick *** graphics and sounds or its gonna be set between FF7 and FF7: Advent Children (a movie that came out in 06 i think)

Suspect was observed for the first time in January 29, 1996 in Hollywood. Witnesses last saw suspect in a teaser trailer, Wednesday December 19, 2007. Investigators remind the public that he is considered heavily armed and extremely sarcastic.

I loved the game too.
I'm not a "gamer" kind of guy but I couldn't stop playing this one when the kids got it all those years ago. However - it does P me off that when people under 35 see my ute (The Duke) they ask me if it's named after the game! Hell no! There is no other Duke, only The Duke - and in case you're under 35 and have no idea what I'm talking about - see the avatar!

No, of course the teaser wasn't from 3DRealms, it was just all over their website and George Broussard said its the real deal.
