Hey all, we've got an AU2 75th anniversary Futura sedan which we've owned from new. My wife drives it 99.9% of the time but I happened to drive it recently a few times and I've noticed that the windscreen is a bit weird to look through...particularly if you're driving down an undercover ramp at a shopping centre. When you're at the top of the ramp and you start to go downhill, the windscreen seems to have horizontal "waves" in it as you're looking through the lower section of the screen : .I suppose the feeling that you'd get is like wearing slightly wrong prescription glasses. I've owned an AU wagon, BA ute and currently a BA wagon and none of those have been a problem with their windscreens, they've all been perfectly clear with no imperfections. Has anybody heard of this type of problem before?...cheers Linz.

i'd say thats an imperfection in the glass. it would probably be best to replace it. check with ford, it may be covered under warrenty still
