Hi Guys,
I'm experiencing difficulty in accessing the lower bolts for tightening. So far I've attempted using ring, open ender, universal and miniature sockets from both above and below. Without sucess !!! Any help greatly appreciated. |

go from below, but with the intake snorkel removed like when changing leads. it is a total pain, i replaced my inlet manifold gasket last week (trying to find a hesitation problem on lpg, thinking it is being caused by a vacuum leak, this didn't fix it though...). If you have long arms you should be able to reach to cyl 4, from there you need to go from above. for #6 you need to unclip that big black plug and pull it out of the way, it has a clip on the back (facing towards the cylinder head)
i just used a open ended ring spanner, used the ring end when going from underneath (most of it's just feel, can't really see it) and the open end from above for 5 and 6 good luck |

you need 10 mm ratchet spanner/10 mm small socket set and 10mm open ended spanner.Remove the air box and tighten the bolts from underneath
