Default shut down mode

hey all does anybody know about a shut down mode in the au ive been told thats what is wrong with my car as it will not start.
some think to do with the smart lock im not sure any ideas?

yeah, you will have to ask Ford to help you unlock it provided you have proof its yours.

I think I said in your other thread, took mine to a local mechanic, he had the gear to unlock it. They needed the two keys to reprogram as well.
Cost was stuff all. Doeasn't have to be Ford.
Ring around, also try a good Auto elec, they should be able to do it.
