I would imagine, there will be a few Australian based segments in the next couple of seasons of Top Gear, after all there were 4 from their trip to Japan, and at least 3 from their last trip to the US, so they seem to make the most of their trips abroad.

Top Gear UK by far the best show, where else can you see the reckless abuse of some of the worlds most exotic cars. My personal favourite was the Bus rally circuit and the US tour where all segments had to be strictly 'non-entertaining' or something like that.
I also agree, what business would it be of theirs to comment on an industry they hardly care about.

Steady on...Clarkson is an ENTERTAINER...and his tongue is ALWAYS planted firmly in his cheek. It's not meant to be taken seriously even when he does bag us out.
Don't like or understand his humour? my missus says there's a good show on 10 at 7:30 Mondays...apparently... :

Have a look at the comments at the end of this article, I know its the mail, but I think he has pretty much captured the mood of the nation... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...ish-idiot.html |

would be nice if they got there facts right to. they state that K Rudd is Australias premier...not Prime Minister.
However, Jeremy is entitled to his opinion just like everyone else, just because he's a TV personality doesnt mean he cannt. And this relates to both the one eyed scottish idiot comment and not giving a hoot about the Australian car industry. Quote:

We don't have a premier as far as I know, we have Gordon Brown who is an unelected gormless moron, and we have our head of state, being Liz, (also unelected but considerably less stupid than the monkey pulling the levers at present!) at least thats the way I understand it..
Hmmmm feel a rant coming on, best stop now and neck some JD's.. |

JC has social tourettes............he dares to state what most people are thinking but were too afraid to do it themselves.........I love his commentary and his twisted metaphor.......Some say he's old and crabby and doesn't give a toss about the AUS car industry, that he has 3 testicles......and has a use for all 3...........all we know is........He's called JC..........

You watch Top Gear for factual information about cars just like you watch The Wizard of Oz for factual information about tornadoes.
That said it is the best TV show ever made. |
