Default AU Falcon cluster

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what it means when an 02 AU XR cluster shows all C's on the display.

Is it stuffed?

possibly
try turning the car off and on again
pull out the cluster and unplug it and plug it back in again
maybe do a battery reset

It COULD be the speedo sensor? if you can find another or maybe disconnect it down near the transmission and see if the Speedo still does it?
