Recently the Tacho needle in my XR8 started jumping. It seems to get stuck then releases thus catching up. Funny thing is it only will do it when it's been sitting in the sun and is hot. When it cools down it is fine. Also hot or cold it will free rev fine. Has anyone seen this before?

My XR8 does this- kinda ticks like a clock sometimes. Really weird. Also, the cluster lights can bee seen to dim when power windows, blinkers etc are used, whether car is off or running.
Anyone found a solution since this was posted? |
