I don't see the point of this thread.. Are you after advice? Or just things people have done to go fast?

Start with the exhaust and cold air intake.
So extractors/highflow cat/and most go 2.5" pipe Or, if your thinking of turbo/supercharger later on go 3" exhaust pipe. Air intake. Either a bigger air intake snorkel (XR6T) and a high flow panel filter Or a pod filter Although this isnt big performance stuff, you will notice a bit of a difference, and its the basic stuff that has to be done before anything else really. Are you also talking Performance as in Handling or just engine wise.

This is why we have build threads, we keep track of all our mods and that and let people no the reasons for doing this sort of mod and how it went etc, i doubt any one would go through and explain everything they did all over agian, when its simply just matter of reading the other threads

The usual mods that work on other cars work on Fords too. More air in, more air out = more power. An engine is simply a big air pump.

I don't know why but I have suddenly seen an explosion of modified AU falcons the last couple of weeks. Seriously, every second AU has either rims, and exhaust or been lowered in some way.
To answer the questions, read my signature, couple of go-fast as well as stop-fast bits. |

I wish that i had one of those big things bolted to my exhaust manifold
Best place to go as everyone has suggested is the build threads, blueovals is an exceptional example Cheers Jason

even the T-Series cars struggle to get any print space! Unfortunately the people who make the decision's at them magazines "have it in" for the AU! You will see every other model falcon in them though!
