Hello Friends,
Well it’s been discussed a bunch of times and I couldn’t find a poll on it. So I'm interested to see what all active users have to say about this. For me personally, it’s the XR8 hands down. Maybe because I own one I don’t know. But the badge and the idea of the XR8 excite me. To go into a little more detail and sticking with the later models, I’d rather a BF XR8 over the FG for my own reasons. Just rather the look personally. Now I know everyone has their own thoughts and some people want performance and that’s it. I guess a GS in that view would be a better buy in that sanario. So guys and girls, your thoughts and why????

fg xr8, are we talking the 5.4 xr8 or the mythical 5.0 fg xr8? |

as far as the initials go - xr8. gs has never done anything for me (i do not like any gs stripes, nor stripes in general)
either way, it doesn't matter what I think because i not looking to buy one at present |

I would probably pick the GS, I like that they're different. To me, the XR8 never seemed much different from the XR6, which is everywhere. I would go for a G6ET over all of them though, I don't think I'd ever buy a V8 personally.

Too many elements unclear to make the distinction.
GS or XR8 badges I could take or leave, I don't have an affinity for one over the other. It all depends on what's under the hood and how much I have to shell out for it. |

I voted GS, but the 5.0 S/C one.
Would take a 5.0 S/C G8E if they made one after spending the weekend in a G6E, very nice car, good to drive. About 13 light years in front of the old XG! Ed
