Then again I reckon you'd only have to hit something at low speed to destroy one of them, are they made of carbon fibre?

I wouldnt be suprised if at speeds like that its actually meant to split in half, perhaps incase the engine blows? i wouldn't want it right next to my head.

looks like what is left of the driver is under that aqua coloured towel on the road ....

there are a lot of straight panels considering the car was ripped in half and then some

Well, the word "holy" followed by a swear-word comes to mind looking at that. I think half the other half :( of the driver is behind the white vehicle (to the left) in the fourth shot. I'm shocked at the complete splitting of the car, it must have been going very very very fast! Oh, actually, i think i see a powerpole of some sort in the 4th pic as well (followed the marks on the road to it), nevermind, it needn't have been extremely fast, just stupid.

There's no way that car would fit on one lane of that road.

according to that wreckedexotics website quite a few enzo's have been totalled. I guess you buy those cars for one thing, and if u happen to chose the wrong road, combined with lack of experience.

Damn... That's just tragic. I mean nobody wants anyone to die, but this is really really stupid.

Look in the bottom pic, looks like most of the driver is behind the ambulance under the green sheet which would make sense, just hink that's probably another part of him near the rest of the car... :

well i guess speed does kill
or is it the sudden lack of it? haha

in any case you want to drive like that on public roads something is bound to go wrong. i don't feel any sympathy except maybe for the car.

i wonder what race tracks are there for if people use public roads like this?

Proves rightly so why the Australian Design Rules does not allow the Enzo to be registered in Australia. Can you imagine? Its not a "car" it is a weapon of mass destruction to the driver!

Being a Ferrari owner does not make you a Ferrari driver.

What? You lose control of a car at 250 kph odd and you're worried about the highly unlikely chance of the engine throwing a rod and it somehow hurting you? You can't be for real? I think more people have been killed by light poles than engine parts that have left the block.
