hey, ive recently get a speeding ticket. DOH!! anyway i accept that i was speeding and all.
But today i heard that someone wrote a letter and just got a warning instead of paying the fine and loosing the demerit points and all Just wondering if anyone has information about this. Thanks aaron |

You always have the option to apeal the fine, but just take the blow and pay it i reckon.

You write a letter stating that it was accidental, give reasons, you have been driving for X years and never had a any fines in the past, and it wont happen again, do not lie, and there is no guarantee, but it cant hurt to ask.
