Default BA I6 engine cover

BA I6 engine cover


Hi there

Any1 know any places that do engine covers for BA I6
there a several places on e-bay but they seem to only do the Boss V8.

What do you want done? I done mine myself.
Just took a spray gun, automotive arcylic and time.

Good question, that'd look sweet, migh re-do mine red, something that will clash nicely with Toxic ;p

i brought a new one from ford spares, can't remember exactly i think it was around $90. That way if i sell the car i can just put the old one back on.

Considering the B series and E series can completly different engines, i think it same to say that it wont fit. With the E series their no plastic engine cover for the i6, not sure about the v8 tho.

I may have typed my orginal post incorrectly i wasnt after the black plastic bit i was after the rocker cover is the FPV F6 or XR6T a different colour that the standard BA I6 which is a light grey aliminumim colour would be the best way i could decribe it.

I got quoted $48 by Ford spare parts thisafternoon :P I'll probably do mine acrylic black with yellow lettering, can't really decide, since the paint is Toxic ;p
