Anyone who has seen the Back to the future films may remember that in the second instalment Doc and Marty travel to 2015.
Today is THAT day. October 21 2015. A few years ago there was a hoax of a particular day being "this day" but was a doctored image, but not this time. To celebrate the anniversary our race team in V8's (PRA) have done some promotional work with Pepsi: http://www.v8supercars.com.au/news/c...-to-the-future Stay after the credits for a small piece from Doctor Brown (aka Cristopher Lloyd) himself. On a personal note, I get to do something VERY cool today. In less than 4 hours I board a plane to America. And I have the trilogy of movies on my iPhone. I will be watching the movies in flight. While traveling in time! I arrive 4 hours before I leave thanks to the time difference. On back to the future day. As a fan of the movies, I think it's pretty damn cool! HAPPY BACK TO THE FUTURE DAY!

I think it's pretty cool. BTTF day and the impending upcoming new Star Wars movie in a few months too.

I watched BTTF 1 last night, will watch 2 tonight, and 3 on thursday. Love these movies and watching it last night I realised how long it had been since I'd seen it and how many little bit's and pieces I hadn't noticed.

That new 'DeLorean' is cool.
Not too sure how convincing the acting is by the boys but definitely good for a giggle

There's a company in the USA that completely rebuilds DeLoreans as they should have been...same looks, but modern reliable wiring and electrics, more powerful and strengthened drive train built for power and reliability, and everything basically improved over the slow unreliable (but stunning looking) thing they were from the factory.
You can have your Ferrari if you win lotto...I'm getting one of them... |

You know what's scary? As of tomorrow no part of the Back to the Future series will take place in the Future!

Victoria time was 1029 this morning, when Marty, Jennifer and Doc arrived back in Hill Valley.
It's disappointing to a lot of people that Mattel hasn't released the Hoverboard and Nike haven't releases (mainstream) the power laces.
