Yup I know this will most likely get shifted, but posted elsewhere and no response.
Recently had the under engine splash guard thing decide to separate from my BF ute while barraling along the highway, must have been exciting for the grey nomad behind me. anyway got a new one but what grommets/scrivits do I need please to refit?

Have a look at carpartsclipsandfasteners.com.au, and search by manufacturer > Ford. You can use the numbers provided by Kable and find them under the Ford list. I've used them a couple of times and prices are good with speedy service. Hope this helps. P.S. - Port Lincoln born and raised myself, until joining the Army many years ago. Was in Lincoln visiting family a week or two back and did a re-attachment job on my sister's XR6 undertray, which was constantly dragging. She's now driving a 'different car' she reckons . Cheers

I hear ya but not knowing what Iam looking for...buying direct means if I stuff up I can send them back.
Big Damo I took the one off my Focus and never put it back on, problem solved problem being they are designed to help air flow through radiator (and in this summer thats needed) and to stop stones etc damaging buts underneath. If your not worried about that...fine

Those scrivet things fell out of my BF F6 and I went to the local Ford dealer for new ones. After I got back up off the floor when I heard the asking price for a couple of things that would be made in China for $2 a thousand. I went home and used s/s self tappers that were lying around.

If so... on a B-series they are held on with "U"clips like this sort of thing http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/50-Pcs-Co...0AAOSwI-BWF3Fl and hex head screws. The B-series hex head screws have a 7mm head on them and the "U"clips don't seem to last very well, if the plastic valance has been removed a few times !?? I usually raid the front bumper of an AU when I'm down at the Wreckers... as they seem to have a better quality "U"clip.. and a slightly larger Hex head screw which has an 8mm head (& a Phillips drive inside it also). I've had much better results using the ones from the AU. D

Goes from under front bumper to whatever holds the engine up. (gawd I think) protects the base of radiator and stuff. Hell just as well I go to Adelaide so often, back to our Ford Limo friends at Lonsdale again....leave some for me or would U pull it be better.

I grab that sort of stuff off AU's at Upullit
I generally grab the screw and the U-clip together. You'll need a small flat blade screw driver to get the U-clip off the bumper... and something for the screw too (of course ) D

You must be reading between road lines
Plonk ten screws and clips on the counter along with a bcm, some trim and some door handles and you get the screws for nothing
