Surely with all the sales we deserve this. Only in Australia you can flog a Camaro for $90k so this should be a done deal.

I like how they've gone with the non-intimidating look.

If you had serious plans to purchase one and you seen that, you'd be pretty excited I rekon

Im not a fan so far. Much prefer the GT350 front end. This reminds me too much of the Galpin Rocket

Bit early to be making that kind of judgement when a lot of it is hidden under darkness.

Interestingly they appear to be using headlights from the 2015-17 models with the more upright front end, and not the 2018 syle front end and headlights.

Well, theres plenty that isnt hidden as you have made your own comparisons. If theyre not going with a full height grille, they want people to believe it will have one. Again though, not a fan.

I think it’s RHD volume vs Development cost that is the issue.

...Chances of this in Australia increased?

With Ford Performance now in Australia, and the Mustang running in supercars...Ford Performance almost need a Performance mustang in the line up...I cant see a base model mustang being the only option when the others vehicles are the top of the line products.

With the HSV camaro coming in with a plus 90,000 price tag, Ford Performance bringing in the GT500 with around 100,000 price would be a no brainer (rumored cost is around 70k USD, so our price should be able to hover around the 100k mark)

Only recently one of the Ford media people, when asked about getting the GT500, said something along the lines of we hope so, or something to that effect. So they haven't ruled it out.

But I think you are way off on your pricing though. I would expect it to be 120k +.

Still less than what a 2 door C63 costs. so still has potential.
I think it may be reliant on other RHD markets being interested, although it may not be such a bid deal to make them RHD, apart from the obvious what are the differences?

HSV had no problem selling 100k+ models, so the market is there.
