Default EA sports cluster in a ED falcon

as the title sugestes i am goin to put an EA sports cluster into my ED falcon and was wondering if it will be a strait fit in with the wires? or am i goin to have to do some handywork to it?
if you know anything please help me. much apreciated

The instrument cluster itself would fit, but wiring/connectors is probably different. Keep in mind that there is as many as 5 years between them

You need a cluster that has smart lock on it, so an eb2 cluster should be ok

i dont care if it shows the smart lock thing just as long as alll the guages will be able to be wired up??

i think it will work, someone i know put an EA sports dash in an 95 XG ute which had smartlock, everything worked except for the fuel gague, but that might have been stuffed, he got it from U-Pull it.

i chucked one in mine with no smartlock. who cares if the little light doesn't flash. i got enough to do with imobilisation anyway!!

all the guages will work straight away. its only a "pull out the old and plug in the new" job. the only thing you will need is an oil pressure sender since your oil pressure guage will max out!! its as simple as a few screws. if you need pics or anything let me know and i'll pull mine apart again and take some photo's for you.
