I'm hoping I can give good feedback.
Booked my car in for a service, and that part was fine. Booked online, it offered different options depending on just dropping in, getting their shuttle bus, or a lend car. Also got a quote for tyres at the same time, and I had an email that night, and a phone call the next morning. That guy ended up sending me a few other options to compare too. Prices were all great. Now let's see what they do to my car. |

Whether it's a troll or not, Ford Australia neglected the service angle at every turn and in my opinion this contributed to the demise of their manufacturing operations in OZ.
I commented about their lack of service co-operation in post # 10 and I think the statistics provided by our sub-forums bare this out. "What problems have you had with your FG" ... 7123 posts. "Post here for outstanding service" ... 131. Yes I know some of the posts in the problems thread are answers, but 7123 ... |

Right on! Everyone will complain when there's an issue but most won't compliment when there's no issue.
