By sheer coincidence, I literally saw this today. At first glance it's just an XF ute... from talking to its owner he's of the opinion there was 115 of these "made"
The Nissan Ute. Model code was XFN

I was told by an old Used Car Dealer that back in the day he traded a few of the Nissan XFN utes, but they were never quick to sell. So he changed the badges back to Ford and they sold. Said that a lot of dealers did the same thing. So who really knows how many are still around.

If changing the badges is all it took then that says more about the buyers than the utes.
A mate of mine owns the very first right-hand drive Nissan 1000 ute sold. The first left-hand drive one they sold is in their museum.
