Lol, that's fair enough.
But would you call it ugly or horrendous? There's a difference between not being a fan and calling it horrendous. That's been my point all along, however, some have missed the point.

Horrendous? No.
Ugly? Err, I'm flipping between ugly and generically boring. I'm just not liking it. It's not cohesive like the fg was, or the b series before it. The front I like, the rear I don't mind in isolation, but put the two together on a fg and it's just not mixing well. In my opinion, of course. But I loved the fg taillights, and the rest was just nice and simple. |

not really that keen on the rear end at the moment, looks to bulge out a bit too much in the taillights, which looks odd with the spoiler on it. Overall though I like the new design, I'd own it.
Those rear wheels are looking very deep dish, I wouldn't be surprised if they used 9" with 275s, would definitely help with the numbers which can only help to sell the car. Also that seat looks pretty low in the interior pic, I wonder if they've modified the seat rails and mounts? Looking under the seat in my FG I reckon there's at least a couple of centimetres that could be cut out, but with a redesign of components it could drop even further. |

Man, that thing looks sweet! There really is no pleasing some people. They only have 2500 auto transmissions for the XR8 and 6T, so that's fine by me - less chance of them being sold out before I can get one.

I have refrained from saying what I really think as I’m not a buyer as such so my thought’s are irrelevant but all I will say is that it is not standing out and making the statement I thought it would for the last Falcon ever made, but that’s just my opinion.

I'm sure that it has been said before, but that rear looks very similar to an XF Jag.

Only guys buying the XR8 and XR6T's for their wife's should be worried about the short supply of ZF's..

The ZF also makes it a quicker car to 100, if that's your thing. I know it's tongue in cheek but there are some who believe in that macho ****, and I figured I would put it out there.

Good to see the return to an old school large front grille, although this will polarise many I suspect...........it will be interesting to see if the new front end design has any effect on mechanical spec and ultimately the performance of the XR6T and XR8 models?

Flick back to post #8093. The first picture shows the plastic fill at the rear of the bulge.
