I was there, and they're still working on it. We had to do a run into Jolly Rogers because we were missing a few parts, and a pair of blokes tried to pick a fight with Shaun. Hopefully it's done by tonight

They tried to pick a fight at Jolly rogers? What did he do - steal their MPI fuel pump or something?

Pat had a bit of a look at one of the bloke's girlfriend and commented to Shaun that she's too skinny. The other bloke overheard it, and they came over to Shaun with a tyre iron, and started having a go at him, saying that Shaun was checking out his girlfriend. There were 6 of us compared to 2 of them, so when we all walked over, that basically put it to an end.

No. She needs to eat a fair bit, before she could be classed as anything close to hot. She was way too skinny, which is what Pat and Shaun were talking about

So Shaun, how noticable is the extra power? Easily the best mod you can do to a CFi, is to convert it to MPi

Haha you deserve to relax and kick back after your contribution yesterday mate thanks so much for that!
Its been a long time coming this conversion. Nearly a year lol.
Yeah dezza I can really notice the power difference there is no real lag anymore like the CFI on the take off. Just a minor problem with it changing gears a little early but nothing the adjusting the TPS can fix.

Good stuff Shaun, but I'm wondering why you didn't swap the head at the same time? Or have I missed something?

one mod at a time, easier to resolve issues.
plus we really wanted to get the car along to the big cruise last night, which we did

Definately easier to reslve issues doing one thing at a time it did however cross my mind to do the head aswell. Took her out today by myself. Cause last night i had a car load all night. So i could not really see how much it had with all the fat poeple in it. But within 5 mins today i had her back ****ing out water out of a hose. Quick adjustment on the hose clamp and we were back on the rod it was awesome feels liek i have a completely different car power wise!!
