I *think* mine does 0-100 in under 7 seconds, but it should definitely manage under 8 seconds easy as I can get to around 140kph in 9.5 seconds (based on some of my 660ft times/speeds from Heathcote)
Auto, 4.11s, semi-twin exhaust + paceys, chiptorque, & pretty much has an EL2XR8 engine setup. |

manual of course
the car is a classic example where the gains equal more than the sum of all the parts going into it. smart modifications > expensive modifications |

blueprinting is going right back to standard. Full rebuild to standard pistons, new crank, rods, valves etc. Everything tightened to correct torque etc. So 5 seconds is impossible.

mine does it under 7 seconds i havent times it resintly but it done 7.1 wen i was still running it in and now feels alot freeier.
and blueprinting i thought was wen everything is weight matched so the motor runs smoother. bit like balancing but like weight of pistons and rods. cheers josh.

blue printing is when the engine is mock assembled then dissasembled to check that all of the clearances are correct
balancing is when weight is removed from differnt parts of the rotating assembly to make it move more smothly |

ie: 9.5 seconds for the first half and 5 seconds for the 2nd half sounds about right to me without having any proof in front of me, and a over those 5 or so secs how much more acceleration are you going to get 140-147kmh would take a little while but i dont think 5 seconds lol. but then again ive never done over 140 |

Yeah your right about the second half being quicker but if he was doing 140kph at the 660 and 147 at the trap..it doesn't make sense to me - would be more like any where in the 70mph at the 660 - -

I imagine mine would, from factory it could apparently do 0-100 in 7.3 seconds and its come a long way since then.

I think mine should be able to do it in under 7 seconds too, i'd only try it at the track though, you just don't have the same grip on the street so no 4000rpm+ launches

Pretty sure both of mine would. The BA would walk it in, the EL would be trying very hard.
