Looks like a T1 but he has said it is 5.8l so either he has a stroker kit in it and is not sure of the size or he just does not know what the engine is.

Many of you here assume just because you are ford freaks and know everything that other owners are the same.
I know a local here who bought a new BF GT-P and thought it was a 351. Some people don't care. It is just a car.......

The series 2 had a 5.0L, series 3 got the 5.6
I contacted her in regaurds to this, and she advised it has a 5.8L Clevo.
I am waiting for pictures to be emailed to me.

I am staying undecided untill I see the photo's. She said 10k's have been spent on it. But at that price, I'm not too hopeful.

Dont forget to ask her about this line, and how much is owing on it.

I wouldent be giving COD when a car is encumbered. A cheque written out to the financial institution in question would be more to my liking.

Just received this from her

Quote:
Hi There,

I can't appologise enough for the error. I asked the boys here to confim the information and they stuffed up it is only a 5.0L. Let me know if you are still interested.

Kind Regards

Elizabeth
Kind of expected it to be, but I don't get what she was on about when she said previously that is was a 351 Clevo and the previous owner spent 10s of thousands on the running gear.

There's also a burgandy TE50 at Melbourne City Ford for $18,888.

Rego: TRF 566.

Don't know what series.

i'd so love to own one of these cars... :( maybe soon...

and i wouldn't be handing her any cash until i found out how much money is owing on the car.. then take that off the money i'd give her... rest can go to finance company

i'd almost jump on that myself for that price, im kinda casually looking around for a T1/T2.

i'd just be concerned about the finance owing and weather they'd end up with enough to pay it out.... i know it is their prerogative, but they weren't too keen to disclose the amount owing

If they wont state whats oweing, don't look at it. I would want to see a same day dated balance so I could give them a check for that amount made out to the finance mob it is with
