My clutch pedal has developed a bit of a rattle, usually when accelerating through around 3000RPM. I took a quick look underneath lastnight and there is about a 1mm give of the pedal from left to right. This is enough to make the noise. I looked around for a bolt or nut to do up but can't seem to locate one. Any ideas on how to "tighten" it up?

I would guess at a broken clutch return spring mate. A Broken one won't keep the tension on the pedal and make it vulnerable to vibration.
Or a cracked firewall/clutch adjustment. You can adjust the clutch by pulling the cable from inside the engine bar gently enough to take the tension of the nut and spin the nut by hand in most cases to alter the travel of the clutch. Should be adjusted so the clutch pedal is about the same height as the brake pedal and then see how the take up feels from there. Spin anticlocwise (loosen the nut) to lower the pedal and vice versa. Sorry, if it lateral movement I would say this is pretty normal actually. Wouldn't hurt to check for either of the other things though.......

I did check the spring and its ok. Could be weakening? Where do I get a replacement one from?
I do 'play' with the clutch adjustment from time to time....maybe I have it set too high.
