I was in the truck on Thursday driving down City Road in Melbourne and this was being unloaded from a enclosed car carrier.
Its the 1st time i have seen a new roller since they have been released and i would imagine this convertible would be very rare, not to mention very expensive. [IMG][/IMG]

Imagine having a sole example of one, and then watching your life go pair shape, having it siezed and sold on you only to find it's worth about half what you paid for it a year or so ago!

She’s a Phantom Drophead coupe. John Laws has one of these. You probably wouldn’t get any change out of a cool million.

mmm drophead coupe. If Id won that $50mill powerball jackpot, that would've been high on my shopping list. B-)
Considering the Phantom sedans are typically $1 mill plus (unless your buying one from the estate of a dodgey investment firm), Id say they'd have to be atleast 1.2, but probably more! The Melbourne RR Dealership is in that building with the Aston Martin dealership in the photo. |

I swore I actually saw one of these on the road a few weeks back. It was also black with the brushed aluminium bonnet (if that's what it is).

I'd prefer the Astons inside the showroom where the truck is delivering to.

I wonder if it was one of the 6 that were airfreighted in to avoid the LCT increase.
Apparently 6 owners paid $25,000 for airfreight to save $60,000 in luxury car tax. Pity the tax increase is not coming in yet, so they basicly gambled and lost. Not that $25,000 on a $1mil+ car makes much difference for them.
