Arrow Normal Head Unit Install

Hi Fadi,

I am looking at getting a normal type head unit (with MP3/USB) to wack in the tissue box.

1. Is the tissue box one normal size din?
2. Can it be installed to use the audio/radio controls on the steering wheel?

My car is a BF with NO Premium Sound.

I decided against going for a full ICC/Premium Sound upgrade.

My objective is to play MP3s off a USB while maintaining the audio/radio controls on the steering. Perhaps upgrading all the speakers as well.

Cheers.

Hi FADI75,

Does the ASL DVD player kit for BA/BF display audio information on the screen when you are playing mp3s on it? I'm after a DVD player that can display mp3 or cdtext track title info on the premium sound ICC screen when playing music. Does the kit still allow you to retain standard am/fm and 6 stacker functionality on the premium ICC and you just switch to AUX to use the DVD player?

Do you have any additional photos/dvd manual of this and are you able to send me an electronic copy of the install manual so I can see how much work is involved in a self install?

Cheers,
Scott
